Have you ever wanted to just pick up the phone and talk with an attorney about a pressing legal question? Most of us would like to from time to time, but not many of us actually do it. That's because most us us don't have attorneys on retainer. And, even if we did, who wants to get socked with a whopping bill for a phone call?
Fortunately, we have the perfect solution. As a member of the Living Trust Network, you now have easy access to skilled estate planning attorneys right in your own local community - and anywhere in the United States. All you have to do is pick up the phone, tell the participating attorney you're a member of the Living Trust Network, and you'll receive a 1/2 hour consultation absolutely free of charge. You even have the choice of receiving your free consultation via the telephone or through an office conference in the participating attorney's office.
You should know, too, that many of the attorneys participating in our Legal Services Program are experienced in the areas of elder law, probate, real estate, family law, etc. So, whether you have questions involving estate planning or any other area of the law, you'll want to take advantage of this exclusive benefit.
How the Legal Services Program can benefit you
We recognize that many issues arise in the course of planning one's estate - or administering a trust, or caring for an elderly parent, or settling a family member's estate - that cannot be resolved without expert advice.
Yes, you can do a lot of the groundwork yourself and that's exactly what the Living Trust Network is all about. We provide the information and the means to allow individuals, like yourself, to handle many of these issues on your own. We also provide the forms and the instructions necessary to record your own personal information, make the necessary decisions on your own, and then have the legal documents prepared and executed.
Still, certain issues may arise that may make you uncomfortable trying to resolve on your own. In those cases, talking with someone with similar issues can be a big help. That's why we encourage our members to interact with each other whenever they can. We do this though our social networking medium, which makes it easy for members to interact, and we're also developing regular community meetings that will be introduced in the coming months.
But, despite all these resources, there are many issues that just can't be resolved by researching on one's own or by discussions with one's colleagues, especially when the subject matter is highly personal and confidential. When those issues arise, they need to be resolved through the expert advice of a skilled estate planning attorney. That's where the Legal Services Program comes in.
